Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook

There was soccer teams the week and we stayed and it was very loud in the hotel. It was disappointing that the hot tub did not work. as adults with a child, this was the main feature we look forward to when staying in hotels for her modeling weekends.

The restaurant had a variety of choices for breakfast. The staff was very helpful and all staff members were pleasant and eager to help us. The restaurant was clean.

Needs to specify breakfast is an additional charge. Made it seem as if breakfast was included. Then I get a $30 bill for breakfast. Should be included with room.

Everything was great. I had come from a very stressful move and my cat and I were able to fully relax at your hotel; then my children joined me and we had a beautiful evening and morning after a very stressful move.

Breakfast was good. Elevator worked well.
